You may browse and shop for your own personal use. You may not copy our photographs, descriptions, designs or page layouts for commercial use, scrape the site, or try to interfere with how it runs.

You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

We photograph every garment as faithfully as we can, but screens vary, and so does the light a photo is taken in. A small difference between the colour on your screen and the fabric in your hand is normal and is not a defect.

Because our pieces are made from natural and blended fabrics, slight variation in weave, print placement and shade between units of the same design is expected.

Measurements on the size chart are body measurements, not garment measurements, unless a product page says otherwise. Please check the chart before ordering.

• ✦All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• ✦Prices and offers can change without notice, but a change never affects an order already placed.
• ✦Stock is not reserved until an order is completed. An item can sell out while it sits in your cart.
• ✦If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we dispatch it and send you a confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example where stock has run out, where the pricing was wrong, or where we suspect fraud or bulk resale.

You may cancel an order yourself any time before it is dispatched by writing to support@revaara.com. After dispatch, the shipping policy governs.

Payment is taken through third-party gateways. We never see or store your full card details. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may hold or cancel the order.

Cash on Delivery, where available, is subject to the conditions in our shipping policy.

Dispatch times, delivery estimates, charges, returns and refunds are set out in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.

• ✦Offers apply only for the period stated and only to eligible items.
• ✦Discount codes cannot be combined unless we say so explicitly.
• ✦Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied after an order is placed.
• ✦We may withdraw an offer at any time, and may cancel orders where a code has been misused.

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Reviews, photographs and comments you send us may be published on the site and used in our marketing, without payment. Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading or that belongs to someone else. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

The Revaara name, logo, product photography, copy and site design belong to us and are protected. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them.

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
