Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.
Last updated: August 2026
1. What we collect
We only collect what we need to get an order to your door and to answer you when you write in. That falls into three groups.
- ✦Who you are - your name, and the account details you create if you choose to register.
- ✦How we reach you - email address, phone number, and the delivery and billing addresses you enter at checkout.
- ✦How you use the site - pages viewed, items added to cart, device and browser information, collected through cookies and similar tools.
We do not store your full card number. Card and UPI details are captured directly by the payment provider on their own systems; we only ever see whether a payment succeeded or failed.
2. Why we use it
- ✦To process, pack and deliver your order, and to handle returns or exchanges.
- ✦To send order confirmations, dispatch alerts and delivery tracking.
- ✦To answer your questions when you contact us.
- ✦To send offers and new-arrival emails, only if you have opted in. Every one of those carries an unsubscribe link.
- ✦To detect fraud, and to keep the records tax and accounting law requires us to keep.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade our customer list.
3. Who else sees it
Running a store means a handful of service providers necessarily touch your data. We share the minimum each one needs:
- ✦Courier and logistics partners - name, address and phone, so they can deliver.
- ✦Payment gateways - to take and verify payment.
- ✦Email and messaging providers - to send order updates.
- ✦Analytics providers - usage data, to understand how the site performs.
Each of them is required to keep your information confidential and use it only for the job we have given them. Beyond that, we disclose personal information only when the law compels us to.
4. Cookies
Cookies keep your cart intact between pages, remember you when you return, and tell us which parts of the site people actually use. You can block or delete them in your browser settings. If you do, the cart and checkout may stop behaving correctly, as both depend on them.
5. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Anything we no longer have a reason to hold is deleted.
6. Your choices
- ✦Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- ✦Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- ✦Ask us to delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it.
- ✦Unsubscribe from marketing at any time, without affecting your order updates.
Write to support@revaara.com for any of these and we will respond within a reasonable period.
7. Security
The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we do take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
8. Children
The site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, write to us and we will remove them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business changes or the law requires. The revised version takes effect once it is posted here, and the date at the top of this page will change with it.
